Princess Nourah Award for Women’s Excellence to Honor 7th Edition Winners on Wednesday

Under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University will host a ceremony on Wednesday to honor the winners of the seventh edition of the Princess Nourah Award for Women’s Excellence.
The event will be held at the university’s Conference and Convention Center and will be attended by spouse of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Princess Fahda bint Falah Al Hathleen.
This year’s edition will recognize outstanding contributions in six categories: Natural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Initiatives, Artistic Works, Economic Projects, and Humanities. These categories, covering both theoretical and practical fields, were opened for nominations last October.
The seventh edition marks a milestone, receiving a record-breaking 714 nominations from across the Kingdom, underscoring the increasing recognition and impact of the award.
The latest edition introduced refined evaluation and selection processes, adopting more precise and objective criteria to ensure fairness and transparency. The award framework was also updated to reflect national priorities and global developments, further enhancing its credibility and reach.
The Princess Nourah Award for Women’s Excellence aims to spotlight the accomplishments of Saudi women, recognize distinguished and creative individuals, support outstanding women-led efforts, and inspire future generations of women to actively contribute to comprehensive national development.
