The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, represented by the Code Lab at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, organized a series of specialized dialogue sessions under the title “Innovation Lanterns: Dialogue Sessions with Women Entrepreneurs.” The initiative aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of university students, staff, and those interested in entrepreneurship, investment, and innovation, while opening new professional horizons in the labor market. The series included three targeted sessions addressing: “The Importance of Motivation in the Journey of Entrepreneurship,” “Understanding the Steps of Investment in the Tourism Sector, Required Licenses, and Success Conditions,” and “Enabling Entrepreneurs to Understand the Key Factors That Make a Project Idea Feasible and Successful.” The sessions hosted several women entrepreneurs who shared their inspiring experiences. The first session focused on sustainable self-enhancement, the impact of pressures and challenges on personal motivation, and how motivation contributes to productivity and creativity in work. The second session discussed success requirements in the tourism sector, including selecting the right location, targeting the appropriate audience, preparing a distinctive hospitality experience, obtaining necessary licenses, and monitoring evaluations. The third session examined the factors that make a startup idea feasible and successful, including market analysis, choosing the appropriate idea, and addressing challenges with practical solutions. These sessions are part of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center’s efforts to support innovation and entrepreneurship, enrich applied knowledge for students and those interested in entrepreneurship, and align with Saudi Vision 2030 to empower women and increase their contribution to development. They also contribute to achieving the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s 2025 strategic plan aimed at enhancing research, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystems.
