The Deanship of Student Affairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University held a “Scout Meeting to Introduce Scouting” on Thursday, 6 March 2025, with the participation of students who have completed the basic scouting course. The event aimed to familiarize new female scouts at the university with the principles and objectives of scouting and its role in developing leadership skills. The introductory meeting covered several topics, including an overview of scouting and its core concepts, scouting practices, and the achievements of scouts at the university, contributing to the development of communication and teamwork skills among participants while creating a competitive environment that motivates students to excel in scouting activities. The meeting is part of a series of regular activities organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs to promote scouting and volunteerism among students, instill teamwork values, and prepare students for active community participation. This initiative contributes to achieving the university’s 2025 strategic plan by enhancing student activities and encouraging participation in programs that develop personal and social skills.
