On February 27, 2025, Her Excellency Dr. Einas bint Suleiman Al-Issa, President of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, received Professor Dimitar Dimitrov, President of the University of National and World Economy in the Republic of Bulgaria, along with his accompanying delegation, at the university headquarters. The meeting was attended by His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Kingdom, Mr. Lyubomir Popov. During the meeting, discussions were held on a variety of topics and ways to enhance cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including dual-degree programs, attracting international students, academic exchange within the Erasmus+ program, as well as collaboration in joint scientific research and academic publications. The visit included a comprehensive tour of the university campus, during which the President and the delegation were introduced to various university facilities, including the Natural and Health Sciences Research Center and the Central Library. This meeting reflects Princess Nourah University’s commitment to enhancing academic collaboration, exchanging expertise in higher education, and opening new opportunities for academic and student exchange at the international level. It also highlights the university’s position as an educational institution dedicated to supporting and empowering women in innovation and leadership at both the local and global levels.
