On February 20, 2025, the College of Law at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University inaugurated the Career Guidance Unit, which targets the college’s students and graduates. The unit aims to develop professional and legal competence, prepare students and graduates for the labor market, and provide the necessary support for career pathways. The unit seeks to empower students and graduates by building a professional network, providing a supportive environment that develops knowledge and skills, and enhancing readiness in line with labor market requirements. It also offers academic support, professional counseling, and career guidance through a variety of programs, including: training courses, individual guidance sessions, and group professional counseling meetings. It is noteworthy that the Career Guidance Unit is one of the strategic projects of the College of Law, serving as a bridge between the academic environment and the labor market. The unit focuses on developing students’ skills and enhancing their employment opportunities across various legal specialties. The establishment of the Career Guidance Unit aligns with the College of Law’s efforts to achieve the objectives of Princess Nourah University’s Strategic Plan 2025, which aims to provide high-quality education, produce competitive national graduates, and enhance students’ skills, knowledge, and values.
