Princess Nourah University Signs Memorandum of Understanding with the National Institute for Health Research

Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and the National Institute for Health Research signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday, February 17, 2025, during the activities of “Career Day 2025,” held at the University’s Conference and Convention Center. The signing ceremony was attended by the University President, Her Excellency Dr. Enas bint Suleiman Al-Issa, and the Institute’s CEO, Dr. Faris bin Qa’id Al-Enezi. The MoU aims to strengthen cooperation and exchange expertise between the two parties, particularly in developing human capacities in the fields of translational research, clinical trials, and public health enhancement. It also supports improving quality of life initiatives through research, studies, and business accelerators. The key areas of cooperation include research, development, and innovation; data exchange; sharing scientific and practical expertise; collaborating on best practices and successful models within shared fields; and enhancing education and training through joint workshops, training courses, seminars, and scientific events. The agreement also focuses on the optimal utilization of infrastructure, including technological and technical resources. This MoU aligns with the shared goals of both parties to advance scientific research in the health sector, support researchers, strengthen knowledge integration, and contribute to developing specialized studies. It reinforces Princess Nourah University’s mission to train and prepare qualified national talents in health research and produce scientific outputs that serve the community in line with national priorities.
