Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between the Deanship of Student Affairs and the Ministry of Health’s Supportive Health Services Center

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and the Supportive Health Services Center at the Ministry of Health signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today, Thursday, February 13, 2025. The agreement aims to enhance cooperation in promoting awareness about the importance of blood donation, increasing donation rates, and raising the number of donors. The signing took place at the University campus. The MoU covers collaborative initiatives such as organizing awareness campaigns, community events, educational programs, and research studies related to blood disorders and transfusion services. Dr. Dunya Al-Farraj, Dean of the Deanship of Student Affairs, represented the University, while Mr. Emad Al-Asimi, Deputy CEO, represented the Ministry’s Supportive Health Services Center. The MoU reflects both parties’ commitment to community service and fostering a culture of giving within the university and broader local community, supporting sustainable national and societal development. It also aligns with Princess Nourah University’s vision to strengthen community responsibility programs and expand strategic partnerships with societal impact.
