The Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program at the College of Pharmacy, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, has received full international program accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) for the period from February 2025 to January 2027. This recognition is part of the University’s ongoing commitment to securing full accreditation for its academic programs, ensuring quality outcomes, enhancing programs, aligning with development priorities, global benchmarks, and labor market demands, and bolstering its academic reputation regionally and internationally. This accreditation follows the program’s recent achievement of full national accreditation from the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (Etimad) for the period from September 2024 to February 2028. Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Dr. Najla Al-Tuwaijri, stated that this accreditation confirms the College’s adherence to the highest academic standards and best practices, ensuring the quality of its programs and graduates. She added that the achievement reflects the College’s strategy to continuously develop its educational programs and keep pace with global advancements in pharmacy education. This accomplishment supports the objectives of Princess Nourah University’s Strategic Plan 2025 to achieve academic excellence, elevate educational quality, and provide innovative academic programs that meet labor market needs and future professional requirements.
