The College of Health and Rehabilitation at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University signed an executive program with Italy’s Auxologico Hospital and Research Institute to enhance joint collaboration in physical therapy and rehabilitation research, and to support academic and cultural exchange between students and researchers from both sides. The executive program aims at mutual cooperation in developing research capacities and competencies in physical therapy, rehabilitation, and allied health sciences, encouraging and supporting research activities, designing research protocols collaboratively, manuscript preparation, and knowledge dissemination through courses and conferences. Cooperation areas include participation in international studies on rehabilitation methods for neuromotor and cognitive disabilities, developing new assessment tools using advanced psychometric techniques, educational and scientific initiatives, student and researcher exchanges, research and clinical project collaboration, and shared expertise in meetings and seminars of mutual interest. Dr. Hadeel Al-Saleh, Dean of the College, represented Princess Nourah University, while Dr. Mario Colombo, President and Legal Representative, represented Auxologico Hospital and Research Institute. The program reflects both parties’ commitment to knowledge exchange, international-standard education, research advancement, sustainable development in health, and the preparation of nationally competitive graduates through enhanced skills, knowledge, and values.
