The Deanship of Student Affairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University concluded the elections of the Student Advisory Council for its seventh cycle for the academic year 1446–1447 AH, by announcing the final voting results for the members of the council’s new organizational structure, whose membership extends over two academic years. The new organizational structure includes (53) students, distributed as follows: the Council President, who represents the council before relevant university authorities and assigns responsibilities among members; the Vice President, who assumes the president’s duties in her absence or upon official delegation; the Secretary, responsible for announcing council meetings, signing meeting minutes, and preparing agendas; and Members, who represent the university’s various colleges and support the council’s role in achieving its objectives and enhancing programs and activities across the campus. It is worth noting that approximately (130) students passed the interview stage during the seventh election cycle. Voting took place following the implementation of electoral campaigns aimed at introducing the candidates’ programs they seek to achieve during their council membership. The Student Advisory Council serves as an elected student body that legally and officially represents all female students of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University. It aims to develop leadership skills by engaging students in decision-making processes that enhance the academic journey and the diverse services provided by the university. This initiative reflects the Deanship of Student Affairs’ efforts to provide a university environment that embodies a sense of belonging and responsibility, while encouraging participation in activities and initiatives that promote the public interest of female students.
