The College of Business Administration at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University concluded the “Tumooh Forum,” which aimed to connect students and graduates with the labor market and facilitate their integration by providing a bridge between job opportunity providers and job seekers. The forum was attended by more than 1,000 students and graduates and was held at the University Conference and Convention Center. Forum activities included panel discussions featuring successful alumnae who shared their stories and experiences, as well as intensive workshops that guided students and graduates in building their career paths, developing essential labor market skills, analyzing the job market, and identifying future career directions. The forum also offered mock job interviews and an exhibition showcasing graduates’ projects. The forum provided a platform for knowledge and experience exchange and for building professional relationships among faculty members, students, and graduates, in addition to offering professional opportunities through collaboration with external participating entities. “Tumooh Forum” represents an initiative and response to the pressing need to connect students with the labor market and provide sufficient support to prepare them to face professional challenges and adapt to them. This aligns with the College of Business Administration’s role in contributing to Princess Nourah University’s Strategic Plan 2025 by preparing competitive graduates whose knowledge, skills, and values meet labor market needs, and by empowering women and enhancing their social status through increasing their participation in the workforce, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
