The Institute of Development and Consulting Services at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University received the “Great Place to Work” award, which is granted to organizations distinguished in creating a positive and encouraging work environment. The award is presented by Great Place to Work, a leading global organization in assessing workplace cultures. Its evaluation relies on extensive surveys measuring employee satisfaction with the work environment, as well as indicators of trust and transparency and the encouragement of professional development. In this regard, the Dean of the Institute of Development and Consulting Services at Princess Nourah University, Dr. Mashael Al-Mutairi, stated: “We are proud to receive this award, which reflects the distinctive workplace environment we strive to establish. Our commitment to fostering trust and innovation among our employees is the foundation of our success, and this recognition provides additional motivation to continue developing a workplace that inspires contribution and supports the well-being of our staff.” This achievement aligns with the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025, as part of several accomplishments achieved by the University’s institutes, centers, and colleges through institutional enablers that support institutional excellence and sustainability.
