The Women’s Leadership Center at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University has opened registration for the fourth cohort of the “Qudwah” program, which focuses on enhancing professional goals, supporting career guidance, and exchanging practical and leadership experiences. The program aims to connect beneficiaries at early leadership stages with experienced mentors from within the Kingdom, improving professional performance and helping to identify and develop career goals, in addition to building professional networks and relationships. This is achieved through training workshops and periodic meetings between mentors and beneficiaries. The program is distinguished by the registration of volunteer hours for mentors on the National Volunteer Platform, and beneficiaries receive certificates issued by the Women’s Leadership Center at the university. This initiative comes as part of the Women’s Leadership Center’s efforts to contribute to achieving the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025, by enhancing Saudi women’s leadership in national development and highlighting their civilizational role. The center supports women leaders locally and regionally through qualification, training, and the development of a professional leadership community.
