The Deanship of Student Affairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, in collaboration with the non-profit health awareness association “Hayatuna,” concluded the “My Fitness” campaign, achieving a range of performance indicators, with the number of beneficiaries exceeding 1,000. The campaign, which ran for four weeks, was implemented through a series of booths located at the College of Sport Sciences and Physical Activity, the College of Business Administration, the College of Languages, and the College of Sciences. The campaign aimed to provide fitness level testing services, consultations, and health education to University affiliates, in addition to taking biometric measurements, setting fitness appointments, and providing the necessary healthy nutrition guidance through virtual appointments offered by Hayatuna clinics. The campaign contributed to achieving several desired goals, such as improving healthy lifestyle patterns and helping raise fitness levels by providing personalized sports programs for beneficiaries. It also empowered volunteers specializing in physical fitness by offering volunteering opportunities aligned with their qualifications and skills, and it supported the establishment of a data base for scientific research purposes. The campaign strengthened the delivery of awareness messages, corrected certain misconceptions, and reinforced positive behaviors by enriching educational awareness content through publications, workshops, and lectures that addressed the importance of physical fitness, increasing physical activity, and the importance of nutritional balance. This initiative aligns with the Deanship of Student Affairs’ role in contributing to the strategic objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University 2025, represented in promoting a campus life that supports health and well-being, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 goals toward a vibrant society and the promotion of healthy lifestyles for individuals and the community.
