The Deanship of Scientific Research and Libraries at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University participated in the Madinah International Book Fair from August 29 to September 4, 2024, with the aim of disseminating the intellectual output of University affiliates, enhancing scientific and cultural content, introducing new academic programs available at the University, and highlighting its educational and community services. The University’s participation was represented through an introductory pavilion that showcased approximately 106 titles of intellectual production by University affiliates. The pavilion also provided information about the University and its academic units, including colleges, published journals, academic programs, the central library, branch libraries, the Institute of Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers, and the English Language Institute. The University’s pavilion attracted strong interest from visitors, reflecting the University’s reputation and efforts in activating scientific and research engagement and contributing to national knowledge advancement. Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s participation in the Madinah International Book Fair contributes to achieving the University’s Strategic Objectives 2025 by building bridges of communication with local and global communities, supporting the research and innovation ecosystem, and promoting Saudi women’s participation in social and cultural development.
