The Sports Affairs Department at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University launched the 2024 Summer Camp for Sports Games, which continues until Thursday, 15 August 2024, at the University’s Female Students Club. The camp targets the players of Princess Nourah University’s teams to develop athletic skills, improve physical fitness and sports performance, and strengthen sports values, with the goal of raising players’ readiness levels and enhancing their chances of success in upcoming sports competitions. The summer camp is based on engaging university team players in intensive sports training, interspersed with diverse programs of workshops and lectures focusing on technical, physical, and psychological aspects. It includes various types of team sports: basketball, volleyball, and futsal, and individual sports: badminton, tennis, squash, judo, and taekwondo. The Summer Camp for Sports Games comes within the Sports Affairs Department’s efforts to contribute to achieving Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s 2025 strategic plan objectives by raising the quality of its outputs, strengthening sports and health culture, building a competitive sports ecosystem, and activating sustainable partnerships.
