Brief
With over 13 years of Research and Teaching experience, I am an Associate Professor of Pharmacology at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU), where I teach clinical pharmacology and biochemistry in addition to researching various aspects of drug discovery and development. I have a PhD in pharmacy from the University of Reading, UK, and I have previously worked at several biotechnology companies, having expertise in the design and development of assays for the production and efficacy testing of vaccines and novel drug candidates. In addition, I am the Associate Editor of the Biodiversity Journal, the in-house journal of the College of Sciences, PNU. My research now focuses on studying the chemoresistant mechanisms of solid tumors, and I am passionate about advancing new technologies in personalized and regenerative medicine in the field of drug development and testing. I strive to contribute to the global health and well-being of people. I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence and seek to share my knowledge and skills with my students, colleagues, and partners.
