Brief
I am an academic researcher specializing in immune responses, focusing on regulatory T cells and exhausted T cells in cancer, chronic diseases, and metabolic disorders. I am also interested in how environmental factors impact immune tissues.
In addition to my research, I am dedicated to teaching and mentoring students. I teach courses in immunology and physiology, guiding students through complex concepts and hands-on research techniques. I am actively involved in initiatives to enhance the quality of education, working to develop engaging and accessible resources to support student learning. Flow cytometry is one of my favorite techniques, which I use to analyze immune cell populations in various disease contexts. I also enjoy introducing students to this and other integrated immunology techniques, helping them build practical skills in cellular analysis.
