Student Support Unit
This unit provides various services for students, such as electronic locker rentals and skills record.
First: Electronic Lockers
To rent an electronic locker, the student must follow the instructions through the electronic link at the beginning of each academic semester as follows:
• Fill out the contract electronically and adhere to the terms and conditions stated therein
( a copy of the electronic contract)
• Specify the rental period for the electronic locker (either one semester or a full academic year).
• Complete the electronic payment then upload the payment receipt.
• Locker rental fees: SAR 115 for the full academic year – SAR 58 for the first semester – SAR 57 for the second semester.
Secondly: The Skills Record
The Skills Record is an official document issued and approved by Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University that documents the personal and professional skills acquired by the student throughout her university journey.
Objectives
After submitting the request online, the student should contact the skills record coordinator to complete the accreditation process
Psychological and Social Support
The Psychological and Social Support Unit aims to provide high standard services and activities in the field of psychological and social counselling for students. These services are offered through the psychological and social counselling offices at the Applied college Building 140, First Floor, Office No. 0.101.and the Student Care Office (Malath) located in the Recreational Center, Building 190, First Floor, Office No. 1.307.

The Academic Guidance is the primary support for students by preparing students and providing advisory services to assist them in choosing the most suitable academic specialization and facilitating their academic journey from the moment they enroll at the university until graduation. It aims to provide academic and psychological support to students and to equip them with the necessary guidance that helps them adapt to the university system, understand its regulations, and overcome any challenges or difficulties they may encounter during their academic path.
Academic advising is a collaborative process between advisors and students, designed to support students' academic success. This cooperation provides guidance, resources, and encouragement, ultimately minimizing academic setbacks and facilitating timely graduation.
