The Vice Deanship for Applied Programs oversees the educational process and foster a supportive learning environment to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of academic and professional programs. This involves developing plans and programs in accordance with the highest academic and professional standards that are compatible with labor market requirements. It also contributes to implementing the approved policies and regulations to ensure the achievement of distinguished educational outcomes.

- Programs Unit

The Programs Unit is responsible for developing, reviewing, and designing academic programs and courses, continuously updating them to ensure that they meet the labor market requirements. It is also regularly following up on the implementation of plans that involves setting necessary standards and forms in accordance with the approved standards and controls.

 

- Academic Guidance Unit

The Academic Guidance Unit is the primary support for the student's university journey by providing advisory services and assisting them in choosing the most suitable academic specialization based on their capabilities, academic interests, and the needs of the job market.  The unit also develops professional development plans for beneficiaries, offers guidance, and provides academic advising to support students throughout their educational journey.

 

- Cooperative Training Unit

The cooperative training unit plays a vital role in helping students identify their training needs and provides ongoing support and guidance throughout the training process. It focuses on developing high standards training that effectively equips students with the skills needed for successful careers that meet job market demands.

The Professional Certification Unit is responsible for identifying the professional certificates in demand within the Saudi labor market and ensuring their alignment with academic courses and training programs. The Unit also coordinates with certification-granting bodies to accredit the college and its programs, in addition to organizing training courses and administering certification exams.

The Registration Unit is responsible for managing and overseeing all matters and procedures related to registration in the college's academic and professional programs, as well as training courses.

 

- The Graduates and Employment Unit

The Graduates and Employment Unit is responsible for following up on matters related to the college's graduates. It focuses on facilitating the transition of students from the academic environment to the professional workplace. The Unit also monitors graduates' progress and keeps track of scientific and professional developments in the labor market, ensuring a continuous and strong connection between the college and its alumnae.

 

- English Language Unit

The English Language Unit is responsible for all matters related to English language courses within the academic programs, including their design and development. It also collaborates with the University's English Language Institute to establish English language proficiency standards and levels.

 

- Measurement and Evaluation Unit

The Measurement and Evaluation Unit is responsible for measuring program performance to ensure the enhancement of quality across all services provided by the college. It identifies areas of strength and opportunities for improvement, aiming to advance academic performance, elevate the quality of the educational process, and improve the outcomes of the college's applied programs.
