Nature and Goals of the Program

The Diploma in Sales gives trainees the professional skills necessary for carrying out the tasks of (retailer, store supervisor, sales accountant, customer service employee) in accordance with international standards and in line with the labor market needs in Saudi Arabia. It seeks to: - Building a basic reference of trained cadres, annually, able to transfer the experiences and skills of sales. - Enabling new job opportunities, that suit Saudi women and encourage them to work professionally, through partnerships with business owner parties. - Qualifying Saudi women and providing them with foundations and rules of sales interactions in alignment with global developments.

1-Identify the customer's needs and requirements.
2-Learn about ways to respond to objections and complaints.
3-To diagnose the environmental factors affecting the sales operations.
4-Apply sales steps and skills in the field of selling.
5-The trainee should know how to arrange products.
6-The trainee should be familiar with the skills that are used to know the shortage or increase in inventory.

3-The ability to absorb all the information and applications given to the trainee during the theoretical training period.
