Overview:
The Student Services Administration aims to create a stimulating, appealing and inspiring environment for students by providing all services, in accordance with their needs, developing their social aspects, and providing intellectual awareness as well as psychological and social support in a way that ensures the stability of all students. It also seeks to make the university an attractive and stimulating environment through involving them in student activities, volunteer work, and other services in the entertainment centers at PNU.
Objectives:
1. Activating all cultural and health activities, as well as international and national days.
2. Enhancing communication skills between students.
3. Discovering students' talents and abilities, and work on refining them.
4. Developing and enhance leadership and public speaking skills by empowering students in advisory councils and student clubs.
5. Enhancing social responsibility among students.
6. Encouraging initiative and team spirit among students.
Tasks:
1. Supervising all students' activities and the Applied College Students Club in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs.
2. Supervising all students trips in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs.
3. Supervising volunteer work in coordination with Social Responsibility and Sustainability Administration.
4. Providing student support and services such as skill records and lockers.
5. Issuing Permits related to student activities and events.
6. Monitoring and verification of student violations in the college, then submitting them to the Deanship of Female Student Affairs.
7. Following up on disciplinary decisions which stipulate the implementation of volunteer hours.
8. Supervising Student empowerment initiative.
9. Supervising Student Council.

Social Responsibility Unit
It aims to develop the sense of belonging and community, motivate volunteering, and to strengthen the links between the College, the students, and the community members and its institutions:
1. Supervising the volunteer opportunities on the National Volunteering Platform in coordination with Social Responsibility and Sustainability Administration.
2. Managing the implementation of social responsibility programs.
3. Supervising the volunteer work.

Guidance and Counseling Unit
It is based on developing positive values, trends, and inclinations, developing the spirit of belonging to the university as well as the nation and pride in Islamic identity, and providing assistance, support, and specialized psychological and social counseling to female students in order to raise their efficiency, improve their academic levels, and provide material aid in accordance with controls and regulations.
Services provided:
- Psychological and social services
- Academic and guidance services
- Financial services (interruptible, urgent, continuous aid) according to the application conditions

It is a group of students who were elected by free voting that represent all students at each program of the Applied College.

1- Educating students about their university rights and ways to obtain them through the regular channels within the university.
2- Investigating and adjudicating of complaints and grievances submitted by students
