Student Rights Protection Unit:
This unit is responsible for providing consultations, receiving academic and non-academic complaints from students, and working towards resolving them.
Objectives
- To foster an ideal university environment by guiding student behaviour in accordance with the teachings of Islam and the mission of PNU.
- To achieve a cohesive university community characterized by mutual cooperation.
- To uphold the principles of justice and fairness among all university staff members and students.
- To support students' rights based on regulations and policies approved by PNU.
- To implement and enforce Student Rights and Responsibilities Charter (وثيقة حقوق والتزامات الطالبات.pdf).
Procedure for Submitting a Complaint to the Student Rights Protection Unit
- All complaints should be submitted to the Student Rights Protection Unit either via email: (coc-scs@pnu.edu.sa), or in person at the secretary's office within the college. A student is not permitted to submit the same complaint to more than one entity.
- Complaints must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the incident, regardless of its nature (e.g., grade appeal, verbal or physical assault, denial of any rights stated in the University Student Rights and Responsibilities Charter). Complaints submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- The student must fully complete the designated complaint form (Complaint Submission Forms) with all required information clearly and accurately. The form should then be submitted to the secretary of the Subcommittee of the Student Rights Protection Unit.
- The student must provide a written declaration affirming that all information provided in the complaint form is accurate and that she bears full personal responsibility for its content.
