Nature and Goals of the Program

The Human Resources Management Program, as one of the academic specializations offered by Applied College, seeks to achieve the following objectives in line with the Kingdom’s plan for Human Resources development: - Provide graduates with specialized knowledge and skills in the field of Human Resources Management. - Serve the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia community by providing professional training programs targeting practitioners and others. - Connect the student directly with the labor market by focusing on practical applications in the field of specialization and practical training to speed up their integration with the labor market.

1. Providing an academic program through which students obtain a diploma in human resources management.
2. Obtaining distinguished job opportunities and supporting the Saudi labor market in this field.
3. Serve the community in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by offering professional training programs targeted at practitioners and others.
4. Linking the student directly with the labor market by focusing on practical applications in the field of specialization and practical training to accelerate their integration into the labor market.

Knowledge and understanding:
1. تفسير الأنظمة واللوائح التنظيمية للمهنة ومتطلباتها الفنية ومحاولة تحسينها وتقويمها لمراعاة المتغيرات المستحدثة.
2. Describe the concepts, principles, theories related to the field of management in general, and human resources management in particular.
3. Knowledge of the technical and managerial methods and techniques used for recruitment and selection of employees in organizations, as well as the fundamentals of performance evaluation, benefits, compensation, allowances, wages, and employee motivation

1. Applying tools and techniques in human resources within the organization to improve employee productivity, efficiency, and their ability to make decisions effectively.
2. Applying critical thinking methods, decision-making, and practicing effective communication skills to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
3. Analyze business issues and provide solutions and opportunities related to human resource strategies.
