​​About the Vice Deanship:

With the establishment of the university on 26/3/1427 AH, the Deanship of Library Affairs became represented in the university council through the Dean of Library Affairs representing the university in library and information matters at all local, regional, and international levels. Additionally, the deanship oversees the university's participation in both local and international exhibitions.

On 24/4/1445 AH, the comprehensive restructuring of the university was approved, resulting in the merger of the Deanship of Library Affairs with the Deanship of Scientific Research to form the Vice Deanship of Library Affairs, which is with the Deanship of Scientific Research and Libraries.

The Vice Deanship of Library Affairs aims to support the educational and research processes and promote culture and knowledge within the community by providing an interactive knowledge environment. It strives to offer the best services and the latest technologies to achieve the university's vision of excellence at local, regional, and international levels.
