The College of Designs and Arts at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University announced the opening of registration for courses under its training program “CAD Connect” for the second semester of the academic year 1446 AH, with registration continuing until Thursday, 23 January 2025. The training program, offered through the Fashion Design and Textile Department and the Visual Arts Department, aims to provide interested participants from within and outside the university with access to specialized courses and the expertise of faculty members across the College of Designs and Arts. The program features hands-on practical training in laboratories equipped with the latest technologies to support educational outcomes. Participants who complete at least 75% attendance are awarded an accredited certificate issued by the College of Designs and Arts. The program seeks to enhance artistic and technical culture in the fields of design and arts, and to prepare national cadres for specialized professions aligned with future job opportunities and Saudi Vision 2030. Registration for the program is offered annually for a nominal fee prior to the start of each academic semester. Training spans 15 weeks, according to the course schedule, and details are announced through the college’s official website. The “CAD Connect” program reflects Princess Nourah University’s commitment to community engagement by offering activities and programs that support skill development, enhance capabilities, and contribute to national development.
