Announcing the Opening of the University's Electronic Registration

The Deanship of Student Affairs is pleased to extend its congratulations on the advent of the new academic year 1447 AH, and is pleased to announce the opening of electronic registration for university housing through the Banner (9) academic system.
Registration is available for double units, within limited vacancies.

📌 Note: Only applicants who receive a preliminary acceptance will be contacted via email.

🔔 Important Note: Upon completing the electronic application form for housing, an email will be sent to applicants who receive preliminary acceptance, specifying the date and location of the personal interview.
University Housing Application Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
The applicant must be officially admitted to one of the university's colleges and enrolled as a regular student.
The student's family residence must be located outside Riyadh city, with a minimum distance of 150 km.
Full payment of the housing unit fee in advance, along with the security deposit.
The student must not have previously received a disciplinary action resulting in permanent dismissal from university housing.
The student must agree to and sign the Housing Terms and Conditions Charter.
Completion of all required data and information in the registration form.
Required Documents:
Completion of the electronic housing application form.
A certified copy of the high school certificate.
The student's national ID card.
For students benefiting from social security: a recent and official supporting document must be attached.
Housing Fees:
Undergraduate Students (Saudi Nationals):
SAR 700 per semester for a double unit, plus a refundable security deposit of SAR 250 (subject to no damages). Full payment is required in advance.
Postgraduate Students:
SAR 5,000 per semester, plus a refundable security deposit of SAR 500 (subject to no damages). Full payment is required in advance.
Important Notes Regarding Housing Applications:
Meeting the criteria does not guarantee final acceptance:
The University Housing Administration emphasizes that fulfilling all conditions does not ensure allocation of a housing unit due to high demand and limited availability.
Passing the personal interview is mandatory:
Final acceptance is contingent upon successfully passing the personal interview.
Incomplete applications will not be considered:
Any application lacking required documents or information will be disregarded.
Applications are accepted electronically only:
Submissions must be made through the online portal. Paper-based or in-person applications will not be accepted.
