Position: Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Number of Vacancies: 1
Contract Duration: 3 months
Job Responsibilities:
• General supervision of students in the Volunteer Work License Program, which includes:
• Tracking their volunteer hours
• Preparing for venues, events, and training sessions
• Responding to student inquiries
• Preparing reports on courses and organizing events
• Designing advertisements and regulations for the administration (volunteering – scouting)
• Supervising organization and event arrangements
• Responding to emails and drafting official correspondence
Required Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in computer skills
2. Skills in marketing and design
3. Ability to write official letters
