About The Academic Program

The program aims to prepare specialized, scientifically and professionally qualified female cadres in the field of exercise physiology, capable of competing locally, regionally, and globally. The program focuses on providing students with the knowledge and skills related to physical fitness, sports health, and athletic performance development through a combination of theoretical study, practical applications, and scientific research.

Nature and Goals of the Program

The Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology degree is a full-time program covering four years (eight levels) and is based on the credit system (128 units).

1 .Preparing specialized and scientifically and professionally qualified female cadres capable of competing locally, regionally, and globally in the field of exercise physiology.
2 .Enriching scientific research in the field of exercise physiology to achieve academic excellence and contribute to the development of sports and health.
3 . Contributing to activating community partnerships and community service to improve individuals' health and quality of life through pioneering initiatives and programs.

1 Identify the principles of anatomy, physiology, and exercise in health assessments and fitness planning.
2 Explain the physiological responses to exercise under different conditions, their effects on various body systems, and their subsequent impact on health and performance.
3 Recognize exercise prescription principles for various health conditions, athletes, and age-related factors.
4 Evaluate clients' functional abilities, physical capacity, and health status using various tools and technologies.
5 Design personalized exercise programs to meet the health and fitness needs of diverse populations.
6 Communicate exercise interventions and treatment plans effectively to clients and multidisciplinary teams.
7 Apply research methodologies in exercise physiology.
8 Adhere to key professional ethical standards.
9 Collaborate constructively in teamwork.
