The Applied College at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University announces the delivery of a professional training course entitled “European Desserts.” The course aims to provide participants with essential theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the preparation of desserts. 1/ History and types of macarons – 2/ Macaron ingredients – 3/ Macaron production techniques – 4/ Practical methods for making macarons – 5/ Preparation of macaron fillings with various flavors – 6/ Methods of macaron storage and presentation.
