We aspire to become a center of excellence in preparing graduates of the College of Science for the labor market by providing practical training programs that enhance their skills and competencies. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and sustainable transition from the university environment to the workplace, contributing to the development of national talent and supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

About the Initiative
The Graduate Support Initiative aims to empower students and graduates of the College of Science by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience required for the labor market. The initiative offers administrative training opportunities across various fields within a real work environment. Upon successful completion of the agreed training period, participants receive an official Certificate of Experience.

Objectives

1. Strengthen graduates' sense of belonging and maintain continuous engagement with them.
2. Provide practical administrative training through intensive hands-on experience in a real work environment.
3. Help students identify their talents, strengths, and professional interests.
4. Develop personal and professional skills, including teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication.
5. Award participants an accredited Certificate of Experience issued by the College to enhance their professional profiles and resumes.
