About The Academic Program

The Geography Department is one of the distinguished departments in the College of Arts, as it was established in 1399 AH as one of the departments of the girls’ colleges affiliated with the General Presidency for Girls’ Education and continued to be affiliated with it until the noble Royal Decree was issued in 1427 AH to establish the first university for girls in Riyadh under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education. The Geography Department aims to follow the latest methods and trends and follow the continuous development in the educational process to prepare cadres that suit international quality standards, development requirements and labor market needs to achieve a set of strategic goals.
