Educational Affairs Department Responsibilities: 

  • Monitoring registration, class scheduling, and faculty workload, and submitting related reports. 
  • Following up on the progress of examinations and submitting related reports. 
  • Monitoring the overall progress of the educational process and submitting related reports. 
  • Supervising faculty affairs related to overload and workload reduction, along with other related matters. 
  • Preparing an academic advising plan in collaboration with the academic departments and monitoring its implementation. 
  • Supervising the “New Students Program" and the “Your Voice is Heard" initiative in coordination with the academic departments. 
  • Supporting and coordinating the activities of educational process committees, including the Academic Advising Committee, Academic Probation Committee, Equivalency Committee, and others. ​
