Guided by the College's vision and mission, the Vice Deanship is committed to strengthening the College's role in academic leadership and promoting sustainable development across its various fields.We work with a spirit of teamwork to accomplish the College's objectives and are always dedicated to achieving excellence in everything we do.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the College's annual scientific research plan to promote high-quality research that enriches the academic community and contributes to solving societal challenges.
- Supervising the College's graduate programs, examinations, and related committees.
- Proposing new graduate programs that address market needs and contemporary developments, as well as developing existing programs in coordination with academic departments and following up on their implementation after approval.
- Fostering a supportive and stimulating environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, and instilling these values among the College's members as two fundamental pillars for building the future.
- Overseeing the development of partnerships and strengthening the College's relations with external sectors, in line with the mission of enhancing students' skills and preparing them for the labor market.
- Establishing partnerships with relevant community and service sectors and promoting constructive engagement based on partnership and social responsibility.
- Supervising the College's investments, developmental and specialized initiatives, and its consulting office, while ensuring the sustainability of its resources and the achievement of its investment goals.
- Overseeing the College's promising projects derived from its strategic plan.
- Providing the best possible services to faculty members, including the management of their requests related to promotions, appointments, scholarships, and training.
