Laboratories and Learning Resources Department Responsibilities: 

  • Supervising the college laboratories and continuously inventorying their contents, evaluating the condition of the equipment, and ensuring periodic maintenance in coordination with the university’s Equipment and Laboratories Unit.
  • Supervising the implementation of safety procedures in the laboratories in coordination with the Safety Department and Radiation Control Department.
  • Supervising the college library and providing and updating references as needed by the college, in coordination with the central library.
  • Preparing schedules and organizing internal and external bookings for laboratories and equipment.
  • Organizing necessary training sessions before using the laboratories and equipment.
  • Providing laboratory needs for consumables and chemicals by submitting requests for requirements.
  • Providing multiple information sources related to educational needs.​
