The Student Services Department aims to create a motivating environment for female students by providing services that support their educational journey. It works to enhance students’ social aspects, offer psychological and social support, and promote intellectual awareness to ensure students’ stability throughout their academic experience. The department is concerned with refining students’ skills and encouraging their participation in various events, conferences, local and international competitions, student trips, and their involvement in sports and student clubs and activities.
Tasks of the Student Services Department:
• Supervise the activities of student clubs, sports, student events and competitions, and theater at the college in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs.
• Handle administrative procedures related to student affairs and complete all services concerning students.
• Supervise student volunteer work in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs.
• Provide support services (such as financial aid, student loans, student rights, and lockers).
• Offer psychological and social counseling services and support for students with disabilities.
• Provide skill development and career guidance services for students and graduates in coordination with the university’s Student and Career Support Center and the college’s Guidance and Employment Unit.

Graduates Unit:
Aims to maintain communication with graduates and announce workshops and courses that help in their professional development.
Student Activities Unit:
Aims to activate all cultural, health-related, national, and global student activities.
Locker Unit:
Responsible for managing locker rentals for female students in the College of Computer and Information Sciences.
Student Council:
An elected student body representing the college and serving as a bridge between the university and students, enabling participation in decision-making.
Psychological and Social Counseling Unit:
•Provides individual counseling services.
• Assesses the cases of students applying for financial aid and university housing.
• Helps monitor and address students’ academic and social issues within the college.
• Refers students to the “Malath” support office when needed.
• Collaborates with the psychological specialist to implement therapeutic rehabilitation plans.
• Monitors all students registered in the Banner system to ensure academic stability.
• Coordinates with the Student Support Unit for Students with Disabilities to provide necessary support.
• Prepares quarterly reports on the cases handled by the office.
• Plans preventive and therapeutic activities based on students’ needs.
• Conducts orientation programs for new students to introduce the unit’s services.
