E-Learning Unit Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and compiling electronic courses within the college. 
  • Providing contact information for members and coordinators of electronic courses. 
  • Supporting course coordinators in case of technical problems. 
  • Working to raise awareness about e-learning among all college affiliates, including faculty members and students. 
  • Addressing initial inquiries from members and students and directing them to communicate with the technical support of the university's e-learning administration through available channels to resolve issues. 
  • Maintaining continuous communication with the e-learning management representative and reporting any problems or difficulties within the college. 
  • Submitting periodic reports on course development and activation to the e-learning administration. 
  • Coordinating and organizing introductory and orientation meetings for students.​
