The General Administration of Human Resources Announces the Opening of Nominations for the “Knowledge Transfer” Program to Enhance the Exchange of Skills and Expertise Among Employees

The General Administration of Human Resources at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University announced, on Sunday, November 23, 2025, the opening of nominations for the “Knowledge Transfer” program. The initiative aims to enhance employee performance and improve the work environment by facilitating the exchange of expertise and skills, thereby contributing to improved performance and the development of the University staff’s administrative and technical capabilities across various fields. The program includes a set of conditions, most notably: obtaining direct supervisor approval for the employee’s nomination; ensuring the training field is related to the employee’s job responsibilities; committing to two hours of weekly training without affecting workflow; ensuring the trainer is competent and knowledgeable in basic training skills; committing to issuing a Knowledge Transfer Certificate for the trainee; and adhering to the training plan throughout the program duration without exceeding the specified period. The program offers several benefits, including: granting the trainer two hours of official working time for every six hours of training delivered, in addition to two volunteer hours for every hour of training provided outside official working hours. It is noted that the nomination window closes on December 26, 2025, and registration is available through the designated link in the announcement. Participants are encouraged to take advantage of the professional development opportunities offered by the University. This program comes as part of the University’s ongoing efforts to empower talents and provide a motivating professional environment based on the principle of knowledge exchange among employees, integrating both theoretical and practical aspects to enhance work quality and support the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025, by preparing competitive talents and strengthening women’s leadership in national development.
