The unit is responsible for communicating with
beneficiaries and establishing electronic communication channels for easier
access and faster responses to inquiries from both within and outside the
university. It focuses on welcoming new administrative staff members
(transfers, newly appointed, and those from families of martyrs and the
injured) and familiarizing them with their tasks, work systems, and procedures
to facilitate their integration into the organization. Preparing an employee
orientation program is considered the initial introduction conducted by human
resources departments at the beginning of an employee's tenure with the
organization.
