An initiative adopted by the Ministry of Civil Service
to monitor the work environment of employees in accordance with established
standards that should be available to them. This unit is part of the Internal
Communication Department and works to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable
work environment for employees, positively impacting their performance. The
Office Environment Improvement Unit is considered one of the most important
requirements for effective work, playing a crucial role in organizing and
managing offices and office work, as well as having a positive influence on
everything surrounding employees, thereby aiding them in their tasks.
