The Data Management and Performance Measurement Unit was established within the General Administration of Human Resources following the university's restructuring in Jumada II of 1445 AH. The unit aims to:
- Promote a culture of performance excellence and streamline work procedures within the General Administration of Human Resources.
- Review the results of the work done by the departments and units within the General Administration of Human Resources, highlighting key achievements, and providing the necessary requirements for the university's annual report.
- Measure the targets set for strategic plan indicators specific to the General Administration of Human Resources and provide the necessary requirements for institutional accreditation indicators, along with developing improvement plans for both.
- Monitor the departments and units within the General Administration of Human Resources to ensure compliance with regulations and systems while working on the guidelines and procedures of the administration.
- Document the establishment of entities and collect assignment decisions for the departments and units within the General Administration of Human Resources.
