About the unit:

is dedicated to developing the Human Resources System (Tayseer System) and studying automation and development requests for services that support the university's educational and administrative departments and their staff. It also monitors issues reported by all system users and works to resolve them, with the aim of enhancing work efficiency and effectiveness, as well as improving performance and quality.​
