The General Directorate of Human Resources, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Digital Transformation at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, intends to launch the “Human Resources Planning Platform” as one of the developmental services that reflect the University’s efforts to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of human resources and to develop future operational planning processes. The platform aims to analyze job functions in accordance with the University’s organizational structure, assess current and future needs, and develop succession planning services, thereby contributing to business continuity and improved productivity. The platform also provides decision-making support based on accurate and comprehensive data. The Directorate held an introductory meeting for the platform, attended by a number of representatives of administrative competence from the university's staff. During the meeting, the project phases and work requirements were presented as part of the human resources services development plan. Ms. Haifa bint Abdullah Al-Qashami, Director of the Human Resources Planning Unit, explained that “the project represents a qualitative step toward enhancing institutional work efficiency and achieving the highest standards of effectiveness and flexibility, in line with the University’s direction toward excellence and sustainable administrative development.”
