The General Directorate of Human Resources, represented by the Internal Communication Department at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, launched on Monday, October 27, 2025, the fifth edition of the "Communication Bridge" initiative, an annual initiative targeting the university's administrative staff. The initiative aims to strengthen communication channels with the university's administrative staff, listen to their feedback, inquiries, and challenges in the workplace, and receive development proposals that contribute to improving administrative practices and enhancing the quality of services. The initiative continues its visits throughout this week to reach the largest possible number of staff members, ensuring practical and sustainable impact in developing the work environment. This edition builds upon the success of last year's initiative in implementing and developing several requirements and proposals, which contributed to enhancing the work experience and improving job satisfaction. The Director of Internal Communications, Ms. Munira Al-Ajmi, explained that "these meetings embody the General Directorate of Human Resources' commitment to the values of transparency and valuing employee voices." She added, "Every year, we strive to ensure that the 'Communication Bridge' serves as a platform that listens, initiates, and responds. This year, we aim to continue developing our work system and fostering a stimulating and supportive work environment for everyone." The "Communication Bridge" initiative is part of the General Directorate of Human Resources' role in contributing to the achievement of the Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s 2025 Strategic Plan, which aims to develop competitive talent and institutional enablers that support excellence and sustainability.
