The General Administration of Human Resources Concludes the Second Phase of the Annual Performance Review for 1446 AH

The General Administration of Human Resources, represented by the Performance Management Unit at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, has concluded the second phase of the mid-year performance review, which was conducted from 15/6/1446 AH to 15/7/1446 AH. This phase served as a critical step in reviewing achievements and progress made during the first half of the year, aiming to set future goals to enhance performance and meet expectations, thereby contributing to improved individual and team performance. The Director of the Performance Management Unit, Ms. Asmahan Al-Jawaan, highlighted the significance of this phase in evaluating achieved goals and projects, identifying strengths and areas for improvement with high objectivity and transparency. She also emphasized the importance of leveraging professional development opportunities through constructive feedback exchanges and preparing a clear plan for the second half of the year. Ms. Al-Jawaan stressed the need to review accomplishments and challenges faced by employees during this period to present them to their direct supervisors while ensuring that all related performance documents are updated in accordance with the requirements of the Performance Charter.
