Deanship Overview

The Deanship of Quality and Development supports the University in achieving its strategic plan objectives by advancing academic and institutional performance and strengthening faculty members’ capabilities through specialized training programs that address emerging developments and evolving needs locally and internationally. The Deanship also promotes a culture of quality and supports the implementation of academic accreditation standards across the University. Through these efforts, it advances the University’s mission and vision and helps achieve higher levels of academic and institutional excellence.

Welcome to the Deanship of Quality and Development at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University. The Deanship plays a pivotal role in advancing academic development, program accreditation, and institutional excellence. We strive to enhance academic and administrative performance and ensure the quality of educational outcomes through an integrated approach grounded in strategic planning and the implementation of quality and academic accreditation standards. We are committed to empowering our human resources, supporting the leadership and professional development of faculty members, promoting innovation in teaching and learning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across academic and administrative units. Through our programs and initiatives, we contribute to strengthening the University’s academic competitiveness both locally and internationally, in alignment with the aspirations of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 for an advanced and sustainable education system.
