Responsibilities
1. Communication and Knowledge Impact Coordination
Coordinating the Deanship's media, communication, and knowledge impact activities with the University's Media and Knowledge Impact Department and ensuring alignment with institutional communication practices.
2. News Reports
Preparing news reports and press releases covering the Deanship's events, programs, and training activities.
3. Announcements
Publishing announcements for programs and training courses through social media platforms, the University website, digital screens, and targeted email communications.
4. Content Review
Reviewing communication materials and digital designs for compliance with the University's visual identity guidelines and obtaining the necessary approvals.
5. Live Media Coverage (#HappeningNow)
Providing live media coverage of training programs through the University's official social media platforms.
6. Conference and Award Coverage
Providing media coverage of conferences, annual forums, meetings, and the Deanship's excellence awards and recognition events.
