​It means studying the methodology and processes of project management, following up on the implementation of all projects in the deanship, and providing all support and assistance to project managers to achieve the project objectives.


Tasks

  • Supervising and following up on the implementation of all projects at the university
  • Providing advisory and training support to project managers/coordinators
  • Coordination and linkage with relevant parties
  • Issuing reports for those with authority​
