About the Department
The Training Department implements the annual training plan for the university, overseeing all training-related matters within and outside the university.
Tasks
• Supervising the implementation of the university's annual training plan and following up on its implementation after its approval.
• Study, review and determine the training needs of various university entities.
• Approval of training courses/programs provided by various entities within the university.
• Supervising the size, type and amount of skills and knowledge required to be acquired during training courses/programs.
• Implementing internal training in accordance with the quality standards approved by the university.
• Submitting continuous evaluation reports for the training programs offered by the deanship to manage training efficiency in preparation for presenting them to the deanship council.
