About the Department
The Training Efficiency Department prepares the training plan and ensures the implementation of approved training quality standards.
Tasks
Preparing the training plan for the Deanship of Development and Quality in collaboration with the Deanship's sectors and following up on its implementation after its approval.
Work on collecting data, statistics and reports specifically related to training courses/programmes.
Work to apply approved training quality standards, analyze the results and use them to develop the training process and come up with recommendations for developing training.
Supervising the process of transferring training at the university.
Preparing proposals to develop the training process and following up on its implementation after their approval by the Deanship Council.
