The Training Efficiency Department develops the Deanship's training plan and ensures compliance with approved training quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Deanship's training plan in collaboration with its various sectors and monitor its implementation following approval.
  • Collect and analyze data, statistics, and reports on training courses and programs.
  • Apply approved training quality standards, analyze the results, and use the findings to enhance training practices and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the transfer and dissemination of training across the University.
  • Develop proposals to enhance the training process and monitor their implementation following approval by the Deanship Council.
